When will I receive my order?

Each item has an availability flag which are as follows:

In Stock : You can expect to receive these items next working day, with the exception of some machines over 15 kilos, which can be 48 hours.
Delivery 2-3 days : Please allow up to 72 hours, for items such as welding machine packages, where our engineers will be commissioning. Our sales team will contact you on receipt of order, to keep you informed. Alternatively call us on 01509-509269 to ascertain delivery before order.
Out of stock/Call for availability : We advise to contact us directly to ascertain a delivery date, via 'Get in Touch' contact form or by telephone on 01509-509269.

Standard mainland delivery

All orders ordered before 2pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders over £50, excluding VAT, are delivered free of charge.
All orders under £50, excluding VAT, have a charge of £6.95.

If you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle Of Man or the Channel Islands additional shipping charges will apply. The carriage cost is typically £18.95, but further charges may apply if the item is over a certain weight threshold. Call us on 01509-509269, if you want to discuss specific stock items.

Returns policy

We offer a 14 day approval period from the day you received the goods. This is to ensure that the goods meet your expectations.
Carriage costs for the return of the item will be covered by the customer and goods are to be returned in a new and unused condition.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and obtain proof of postage.
Please note, items ordered incorrectly and then returned to us for credit, will incur a 15% restocking fee. The fee may be wavered for orders over £300 net, at our discretion.
