Sales Ledger Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious, and hard-working individual to join our friendly team in our accounts department. At Foster Industrial we prioritise customer service, the right team member will be passionate in sustaining this service, by handling customer accounts to the highest level in an organised and timely manner.

• Raising sales invoice/credits
• Credit control
• Update price lists
• Allocating incoming payments
• Follow internal authorisation processes
• Address account discrepancies
• Keep both Sales & purchase ledger accounts up to date
• Input purchase ledger overheads
• Produce monthly customer statements
• Processing our consignment stock
• Basic administration, including regular filing
• Adhoc duties to assist the accounts department including purchase ledger & nominal

• Previous accounts/admin experience – (minimum 6 months)
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to organise and present their work when needed
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Basic MS Excel experience

Our experienced team will support you in your role whenever it is needed. You will be provided with full system training on your on-boarding, to get you familiar with how our processes work.
